CNC Journeyman Machinist

CNC Journeyman Machinist. Must have minimum of 10 years verifiable experience in the set-up and operation of Horizontal and Vertical CNC Machining centers. Able to machine aerospace components to exacting tolerances from blueprints, verbal instructions, and/or process routers. Must be very efficient in the daily operation of typical machine tools.

Knowledge of simple "macros" and on-machine inspection using probe, will be considered a plus. Must have excellent communication and team-effort skills to work in a dynamic and forward thinking company. Should be willing to actively contribute to the growth and future direction of the company. CMM Programmer/Operator

CMM Programmer/Operator. Seeking a person with at least 3 years experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator. Knowledge of Zeiss CMM's and Umess-Ux software a plus.

Responsibilities include: Writing/editing/running CMM programs, develop/maintain CMM work instructions, documentation of inspection results, proficiency in reading mechanical drawings & proper inspection methods. Must have an in-depth knowledge of GDT.

QA / Dimensional Inspector

Seeking an entry level CMM Operator. This trainee position requires basic blueprint reading skills, ability to follow written instructions, willingness to work variable shifts, and mechanical abilities. Excellent growth opportunity for the right person. Will consider part-time student.
