Our 15,000 square foot inspection lab utilizes strict climate control to maintain high standards for accuracy and repeatability. Along with maintaining a constant temperature within +/- 1 degree, humidity is also tightly controlled.

Each first article, process capability study or calibration inspection report is easy to read and evaluate. In addition, high resolution plots of complex contours, such as airfoils, are available. When neccessary, we offer paperless inspection, providing results in several electronic formats.

Cascade uses the highly regarded Zeiss family of coordinate measuring machines to perform inspections of very high accuracy and complexity. By using the rotary table as an integrated part of our system, we offer full 4 axis capability.
